MCE Designs Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policies
We do not accept returns. However if there is a problem with your order, a claim for damaged/defective items must be submitted no later than 30 days after the shipping date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the shipping date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We can only ship to the address you provide. If you provide an incorrect mailing address or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, you will be liable for the cost of your entire purchase. If the shipment is returned to us, we will gladly reship it to you. In this case all reshipment costs, once we have confirmed an updated address with you are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
As stated above, we don't know accept returns. However, we will gladly exchange your order for something of equal or greater value. All shipping costs to send back your order for exchange and to ship the item(s) you are exchanging for are the responsibility of the buyer. Items you are exchanging for will not be shipped out until the items you are sending back are confirmed as delivered back to us. We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse. If there is a problem with your order, please read the Returns policy above. If you ordered the wrong item, please read the Exchanges policy above.
